Our automatic tealight production line is able to produce as many as 30000 tealights per hour. It consists of 1 set of ZCHL18 tealight rotary press, 5 sets of tealight assembling equipment (for inserting the wick, tabbing the wick, and putting a tealight in an aluminum cup), 1 set of aluminum cup sorting machine, and 3 conveyor belts. Compared to other tealight production equipments, it is compact, precise, low in noise, easy to operate, low in defects per unit, and good at standing wear and tear.
